PROFESSIONAL NETWORK READY TO HELP ACHIEVE BIODIVERSITY TARGETS

If the EU wants to achieve its biodiversity goals, more needs to be done with additional and innovative approaches to integrate and implement the many measures that emanate from EU legislation, says the European Network of Environmental Professionals (ENEP).

On the occasion of its 10th anniversary, ENEP stressed that environmental professionals across Europe play a significant role in advising on compliance, inspection, remediation and monitoring activities, and that their network can play a unique role in addressing shortcomings in these areas.

ENEP is very pleased to announce that three new associations have joined the network following their approval at the General Assembly in Den Bosch, the Netherlands in October 2011.

The three new members are:

AFIE - Association Française des Ingénieurs Écologues (France)
COAMB - Col·legi d'Ambientòlegs de Catalunya (Spain)
OVED - Overlegplatform voor Energiedeskundigen (Belgium)
