Equivalent carbon per inhabitant per annum in 1998 was:
France 2.500 Kg; Germany 3.500; Portugal 2.000; Spain 2.600; Italy 2.500;
Great Britain 3.100; Tchech Republic 4.000; Finland 4.050; Nederlands 4.100;
USA 6.800
The French government has decided that it would be divided by 4 for
2030/2050.
